Fuel Your Performance

Proper nutrition is essential for wrestling performance. We've partnered with Cameron Loughran of Team Optimism to develop a custom wrestling nutrition plan for our athletes.

The meal plan includes:

  • Pre-practice and post-practice nutrition
  • Competition day meal timing
  • Weight management strategies
  • Hydration guidelines
  • Sample daily meal breakdowns

SAMPLE DAY

Breakfast: Oatmeal with banana, eggs, orange juice
